Masergy’s Intelligent Service Control portal, the dashboard for the company’s line of SD-WAN, cloud communications, and security services, is getting a facelift.
The new portal — available as of today — brings real-time visibility, analytics and service control to the company’s SD-WAN and unified communications-as-a-service (uCaaS) applications. And all of that is delivered on a single dashboard that the company says was purpose built with multi-cloud enterprises in mind.
The new portal also features visual tools to help identify opportunities and risks, real-time bandwidth controls, and can be customized to put the most important information front and center.
“As our enterprise scales and adds new technologies such as SD-WAN to the network, it’s crucial for us to have a single, simple portal enabling us to monitor and control our network activity,” said Eric Cassol, network manager at Pearl Meyer, in a statement. “Masergy’s updated ISC delivers by providing that unified view.”
And according to Terry Traina, chief digital officer at Masergy, where multi-cloud environments are concerned, unified network visibility is everything. “Global enterprises need a single source of truth for information about their cloud application performance,” he said.
